Payments-The initial deposit of $75.00 is due at the time of scheduling. The deposit goes towards your services.  We understand that life happens, we do give a grace period for the remainder of the balance for our reoccurring clients which is 8:00pm (same day as your cleaning). I do send a courteous payment reminder. 

Interior Package-Each individual room cost $200.00. This includes shopping & designing (excludes labor for decoration). Ask about our special to decorate your entire home (excludes decoration). There is an initial consultation fee of $50 is required upon booking and non-refundable. Budget must match the design you desire. 

Airbnb Package-

•  One bedroom $100 per visit
• Two bedrooms $150 per visit
• Three bedrooms $175 per visit 
• Four bedrooms $200 per visit 

Each visit will consist of the following:

• Dusting of all furniture 
• Stripping beds of soil linen
• Making beds with clean linen
• Checking dresser drawers for all left behind items
• Empty refrigerator, microwave, oven of all used food/ beverages 
• Clean inside appliances of all spills
• Sanitize kitchen
• Sanitize bathroom *stock bathroom with tissue, soap, & towels*
• Throw away any used toiletries 
• Sweep, mop, vacuum all floors

(If washing is needed it will be an additional $25 per visit. I ask that all Airbnb’s have at least TWO spares of bedding & towels at all times. This will allow me to take laundry off premises to wash, dry, & return back to premises. Owner must provide washing detergent for all laundry.)

 Residential Rules-

• Secure ALL valuables & anything of importance.
• Please have your family or guest ready to vacate the home so that we can clean without getting in the way of each other.
• There is a 10 dish maximum. (11 or more dishes that needs cleaning will be an additional $25 added to the balance.)
• Payment(s) must be paid prior to your appointment time.  If not paid within an hour it will cost $25 per hour thereafter. 
• Please pick up all toys off floor before cleaners arrive. If excessive toys are on floor it will additional cost of $20 to pick them up.
• Please put away any food/drinks meant to be kept. 
• Please book any extra services needed while scheduling so we can aside time to complete. 
•  Same day booking is an additional $50 fee. 
•  Weekends appointments are a $50 plus original cleaning fee.
•  Holiday cleaning $150 plus original cleaning fee.
•  If you would like bedding changed, please have clean sets of sheets on bed.  If not, bedding will  be made with the same bedding. 
• Please put up ALL value items before cleaners arrive.
• Laundry is $10 per load or $5 just to fold. We ONLY wash as we clean. If you would like ALL LAUNDRY DONE we would take with us and return within 2 days or less.
