My name is Courtney Magee-Bishop affectionately known as "Coco." Cleaning has always been my passion since a young girl. I would clean to express my love, support and gratitude towards others. My mom is a single mother and I thought what better feeling is it to come home to a clean house. I soon went from swapping chores with my two older siblings to going into our neighbors homes cleaning. Who would have known this pastime would become my dream job?
I'm very passionate about my products, cleaning service, interior decorating and most of all clients. Each house requires different details and my attention. I'm here to provide both! I assure you and guarantee you that you will be pleased with our work. My team is as driven and detailed as myself. We don't finish the job until everything is complete and everything is in place. We welcome you to the team with open arms! We are a small team, but with major jobs! We offer on the job-training. Our motto at Coco’s is to provide “Quality Cleaning At An Exceptional Price”. We are all team players & we work hand in hand to complete the job accurately in a timely manner. Our goal is to cater to each client's needs. Please read our guidelines below.
- NO PERSONAL PHONE CALLS WHILE CLIENT ARE PRESENT. *must have earphones*.
- Be on time and ready to work.
- Wear black pants (comfy and not tight-fitting) *First shirt is on Coco, all other shirts can be purchased at an additional cost.*
- DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM LOCATION(S).
- Do not discuss your personal issues to clients. Remain professional at all times.
- Clean thoroughly and completely.
- Be accountable for you and your teammates.
- Please keep all supplies inside bucket when you’re not using so that your teammates can have access to it as well.
- Treat our clients home with delicate handling *accidents happens, but do not hesitate to ask for help*
- Three consecutive call-offs with NO EXCUSED EXPLANATION will lead into termination. After second tardiness will be docked $5 per shift.
